  • Will I ever lose access to the content?

    As long as you have your login information, you are able to log in to view the content and access the quizzes and assignments.

  • How often is this content updated?

    We try to update our content on a regular basis to keep it fresh. While some content may be out-of-date due to tool changes, some content is more theoretical and doesn’t need to be updated as regularly. Our goal is to provide you with the most up-to-date content possible.

  • Do I need to complete the assignments and quizzes in order to become certified?

    Yes. There are practical quizzes and assignments throughout the course. While no one likes homework, the exercises are essential to apply what you've learned.

Certification Questions

  • What does the certificate look like?

  • What do I need to do in order to get certified?

    You will become certified when you have completed the following:

    • All course lessons
    • All quizzes (completed with a passing grade)
    • All assignments (once approved by instructor)
    • All surveys

    You will be notified by email once you have completed all requirements.

  • How can I view my certification once I have completed the Academy?

    Once you’ve completed the course and all of the certification requirements, you will receive an official certificate in your student account.

    When logged into, click your name in the top-right corner of the website and choose "My Account" from the menu. Click "Certificates" from the list of options on this page.

    You will be able to share your certification badge on your website, social media, and LinkedIn profile to show off your achievement.

  • How do I view my progress in a certification or track?

    When you log in to the course, you will be able to see which lessons and assignments you’ve completed and which you have not.

  • Where can I ask questions about the certification program?

  • Do I NEED to get a certification?

    Not at all! There are two paths you can take with the Digital Loyalty Academy:

    1. Content + Certification

    To be officially certified as a Digital Loyalty Associate with the Digital Loyalty Academy, you will need to complete and pass all certification requirements (all lessons, assignments, quizzes, and surveys).

    2. Content Only

    You're welcome to read through the course content without completing the quizzes and assignments. Feel free to come back at a later point in time to complete your certification. Your progress to-date will be saved in your account.

Quiz & Assignment Questions

  • I didn't pass my quiz. Can I take it again?

    Absolutely. If you didn’t obtain a passing grade on a quiz, just take the time you need to review the chapter and re-take it when you are ready. We’re here to help you grow.

    All quizzes require a passing grade of 70%.

  • I passed the quiz, but think I can get a better score. Can I take it again?

    You can retake the quizzes as many times as you wish. Note that we will only show your most recent score.

  • How are the assignments graded?

    Submitted assignments are graded on a pass/fail basis. Keep in mind that we're looking for creativity and understanding of the concepts, not necessarily real-world accuracy.

  • When will my assignments be approved?

    We aim to approve (or provide feedback on) all assignments within 7 days of submission. However, as we are currently offering certification for free we can not guarantee a return timeline.

Badges & Certificates

  • What's the best way to show off my certification?

    Your certification badge is a “badge of honor”. It’s proof of all your hard work and knowledge of digital customer loyalty. It’s to your benefit to show it off as broadly as you can.

    Here are a few ways you can share your expertise:

    • Add it to your website. You can use the badge embed code to add your badge to the HTML of your site or upload the image.

    • Add your badge to your email signature.

    • Add your badge to your LinkedIn profile.

  • How do I embed the badge on my website, email and on LinkedIn?

    After you meet all of the requirements to receive your certification, you'll be given detailed instructions in your account.

  • Does my certification expire?

    It’s a fast-paced world out there and digital loyalty is no different. While we don’t specifically expire certifications they are dated as to when they are earned. This may mean that some may see more value in a more recent certification.

  • How do I reset my password?

    While logged in, click your name in the top right-hand corner of the website.

    Select "My Account" from the menu.

    Click "Change Password" from the list of options on this page.

  • How do I access my courses to resume progress?

    To resume your course progress, log in using the button in the top right-hand corner of the website.

    You'll be taken to your course dashboard, where you can resume any courses already in progress.

    Alternatively, at any time while logged in, click your name in the top right-hand corner of the website and select "My Dashboard" from the menu.
